[Development Case] Contracted Work/Beauty Appliances

Introduction of examples where performance and capability improvements were achieved through the enhancement of mechanical components rather than electronic control.

We would like to introduce a case where we collaborated with a major home appliance manufacturer on new element development, starting from brainstorming basic principles to considering the adoption of non-circular gears and prototyping partial modifications of existing products. We received a request to achieve performance and capability improvements not through electronic control, but by enhancing mechanical components, and we initiated the project. We proposed mechanisms using cam systems and non-circular gears. Our engineers actively gathered information for the development of special mechanical elements and completed the prototype.
